DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Q: How will my order get delivered to me?
You can choose between two delivery options:
- Economy delivery - we will deliver to you via your local Postal Service. Depending on your country, your Postal Service may deliver to your door, or you may have to collect at your nearest Postal Service Counter. This is by far the most affordable way for you to get your delivery.
- Express delivery - we will deliver to your chosen address, be it at work, home or elsewhere.

The cost of your order will depend on the size of your order, the country that you are sending your order to and the type of delivery service that you have selected. We will always show you the delivery cost before you check out.Please note that depending on your country, you may be charged duties or tax, when you collect your parcel.
Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?
If you select Economy delivery, your order order will usually take between 7-14 working days (i.e. excluding week-ends and public holidays) to get to you.
If you select Express delivery or Store delivery, your order will usually take 4-5 working days to get to you. Bear in mind that delays at customs, though unlikely, are possible, which could delay the delivery of your order.

and we will also notify you via e-mail or sms when your order has been received, and when your order has been shipped and again when your order has reached the Store or Post Office you have selected, or when it has been delivered to your chosen address.
Q: Do you deliver outside the borders of South Africa?
A: Absolutely! If you live on planet earth and have a valid address, we will deliver to you!

Q: How can I return my order or part of my order?
You can return your order via the Post Office or via Courier. If you choose one of these options you will need to pay for the cost of the return. To make a return using one of these channels, complete the following easy steps:
- Log into your account profile at www.mrp.com,then select "My Account" and the select "My Orders" and then follow the easy steps to register your return.
- Fill in the Return form that we sent you with your package, peel off the self addressed label and attach to the outside of the package that you would like to return.
- Drop your package off at your nearest Post Office or arrange for a courier to collect from you.
- You can return it to your nearest Mr Price clothing store for free (conditions apply) if you have a Mr Price Corporately owned store in your country (this does not apply to Mr Price franchise stores).
Q: How much will it cost me to return my order?
A: Returning your order via the Post Office or Courier is dependent on the Postal Service that you use, and the return postage cost will need to be paid by you. If you return to a Mr Price corporate store then there is no return cost.
Q: Can I return my order to a Mr Price Home or a Mr Price Sport store?
No, you can only return your order to a MRP clothing store. For your nearest MRP store, use our store locator

Q: Can I select somebody to receive my order for me if I am not going to be there when the Courier service delivers to me?
A: Yes you can, but do
note that we will not accept responsibility for anyone who receives your order at your chosen
address, that is not authorised to do so.
Q: What happens if there is nobody to receive my order when the Courier delivers to me?
A: The Courier will make an attempt to call you and arrange a date and time that is suitable for you to receive your delivery. After a second delivery attempt the Courier will return your order to MRP, and you will be credited for your purchase minus the cost of delivery.
Q: How will I be credited for my return?
If you return your merchandise via post, we will only process your return credit once we have received and processed your return. We will process your credit if applicable within 48 hours after we have received your return, to the card with which you have made your purchase. If you purchased with a Gift Card, then we will issue you with a gift card to the value of your return credit. Return Terms and Conditions do apply, which can be viewed here

Q: When can I cancel or return my order?
A: Once you have checked-out with your order online, you can cancel your order at any point up to the Status of "Processed". After that point, you will have to follow the normal Returns process.
Q: Where is my order?
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account
and click on my orders. Once you have selected the order that you wish to track you will be able to see if your order has been received by us, if it has been shipped to you and if it has arrived at the store of your choice or your nearest Post Office for you to collect.If you selected an Express delivery option, then you will also be able to track whether the order has been delivered to the address that you have chosen. We will also send you e-mails and/or sms's to advise you on the progress of your order. You can also e-mail us at [email protected]

IMPORT TAXES, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Q: Does MRP.com include any of the import Customs, Duties and/or Taxes?
A: No, we do not include any of the import customs, duties or taxes. Each country is different and the recipient will be responsible for the respective import customs, duties or taxes charged in their country. Delivery cost is included and can be seen here.
Q: What are the different payment options that I have for purchasing from MRP online?
You have three different options:
- You can pay using a credit card;
- You can pay using your PayPal account;
- You can pay at a Mr Price corporate store (only in countries where Mr Price has a corporately owned store - note that this option is not available through Mr Price franchise stores);

A: MRP subscribes
to the highest security and encryption standards, allowing our customers to shop with absolute
peace of mind! And because we do not store your payment and card details your confidential
information cannot be accessed by anyone who is unauthorised to do so.

If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the Can't remember your password?
link on the login page. We will then e-mail or sms you a link where you can reset a new password.
You will be given three chances to enter the correct password, after which your profile will be locked. If this happens you will need to e-mail [email protected]
and one of our associates will send you an e-mail or sms with a link to reset your password.
HOW TO BUY ONLINE
Q: Do I need to register to buy online?
A: No you do not. You
may select the Guest Checkout option, which means you will not be required to enter any of your
personal details, except for the minimum amount of information we require to deliver your
purchase and stay in contact with you.
Q: How do I register to buy online with MRP?
Simply click on the (Sign-in/Sign-up
button on the top right hand side of your screen. Then select login, and if you are a new customer you will need to enter some basic information - it is really quick and easy and you only do this once. And don't worry, we will not share your personal details with anyone, and we will not contact you if you do not want us to. Your information is also safe with us, as we subscribe to the strictest security standards meaning your information is safe from anyone who is not authorised to see it.
Q: How do I
buy online with MRP?
It is really easy! From your mobile phone or your PC you can register with us (click here
to do so). Then simply navigate around our site and choose the items you want to purchase and add them to your basket by clicking on the "Bag It" button after you have selected your size and color. The next step is the checkout: You will be prompted for your shipping option, and you can then choose your preferred payment option (see Payment options
in FAQ's for the options that you have). Once you have completed your purchase we will then send you an sms or e-mail to confirm that your purchase has been received by us.
Q: How do I search for something specific in the MRP online store?
There are two ways for you to find what you are looking for. You can select the category that you want to shop in (Men, Ladies or Kids) and then you can shop by Brand (example RT or Oakridge) or by sub-category (e.g. dresses or accessories). Once you have selected the merchandise you wish to view you can also sort it in a number of ways, for example from lowest price to highest price, and you can also ask that only the sizes that you wish to shop for are shown to you.
Alternatively, you can just type in what you are looking for in the Search box at the top of the page, and we will show you any merchandise that relates to your search criteria.
Our online store is a separate store from our physical stores, and as such items that are available online may not be available in-store.
Q: What if I
order something that is out of stock?
A: We will not display
merchandise that is out of stock, so you will only be able to order merchandise that is
available. If your size is not available, then you will not be able to select that size.
Q: Is there
a minimum order value to buy online from MRP?
A: No, we have no
minimum order value.
Q: How do I
select the right size for me?
Once you have selected the product you want to purchase, you can click on the "size guide" button next to the product image. The Sizing guide has two helpful guides: A size chart that will help you select the correct size for your dimensions, as well as a size guide that describes the kind of fit that the brand style has. And if you purchase the item and you are not happy with the fit, you are more than welcome to return it to us, subject to our Returns Terms and Conditions
Q: What if I
am unhappy with my purchase?
You can return any purchase for free to any one of our MRP clothing stores, or you can select to return it via the Post Office, or Courier who will collect from you. See "How do I return merchandise

sign-up for a Newsletter?
A: Simply click on the "Sign-up for our newsletter" button on the Home Page, and select the type of Newsletter you want to receive (Kids, Men or Ladies). If at any time you want to stop getting our newsletter, click on the "unsubscribe" button at the bottom of the page and we will not send you any more.
